ANY LAST WORDS?
A downloadable decommission simulator
Welcome aboard the CC Major II, the largest interplanetary support satellite in the solar system. As far as last resorts go, you've lucked out!
As a ZERO-SUM ENGINEER, your mission is simple. There's an old data hub at the heart of the ship. Meet it, greet it, then turn it off. "Why me?" you may find yourself asking. "Why have I been given the job of ending the life of another sentient being? Does this make me a bad person?" If you want to keep your job, then understand that these questions are all strictly rhetorical.
Over the course of your duty, you can expect to find:
- A unique, console-driven experience that responds to your choices
- Original music by T-LARC
- Unlockable achievements with multiple endings
- Space spam
- Thoughtful mediations on life, death and baked goods

Hello. Just made an account to post this here. The different ending sure are… Something. Honestly… My only wish was that there was more to it. If you ever plan on making something about this as a different game. Then it’d be amazing to see some continuation of one particular ending… Or perhaps an ending in the game where you don’t have to kill Noii. Though given the amount of times where they (do they have a gender? I mean they said that AI and stuff like them don’t but I kind of want to give them one anyway for some reason…) talk about it being impossible to repair them given their design, I’m doubtful in that happening. It’d mess up the story and make the other major ending hit less hard if you could just repair them anyway. Oh well guess I’ll just have to keep dreaming on that… Anyway time to test if this spoiler thing works.
Spoiler warning for those who don’t know the ‘particular ending’ I’m taking about or how to get it. It’s not an achievement so it’s sort of just a little side thing but still interesting none the less. Especially with the follow up chat… Imma still be somewhat vague anyway so people at least still have to somewhat find what I’m talking about. Wouldn’t be too hard though if someone really wanted to connect the dots.
Actual Spoiler Part Here
God that was pain to type out and get the spoiler tag at least somewhat working… Oh well. Now all I have to do is wait… An amount of time… To probably get a “No” in some form. Oh well. Would have rather asked and gotten a rejection than to have never asked at all. Noii, or I guess it would be you actually, taught me that much. Only reason I don’t make it myself is because… Well where the hell is the fun in that. Then I’d know all the twists to it and not to mention I’m not you so I can’t exactly make it feel the same either. Even now I don’t exactly know everything about Noii and their backstory. Or at least what might be their backstory but might not because that entire interaction might’ve not been well… you know what I’m gonna say so I won’t say it to preserve the non-spoilerness of my messages.
Upon further inspection it appears this person doesn’t exist anymore or at least has moved to a different account and or name. Damn shame… Still though if someone sees my comment and feels like giving making a continuation a try. Go right ahead and know damn well that I’ll be there… As long as you let me know that it exists that is… Anyway off to go try and find something to sate my need for more stories like this. I’m running out of AI and or robot centralized story games such as this to play…
made an account just for this but Im guessing you're implying that tlarc quit which he didnt! he has an account on bluesky and made a post like a day after you made this Thread(? is that the right term on here ??dunno) https://bsky.app/profile/t-larc.bsky.social. hes just working on his own projects, i really doubt ALW will get some kind of sequel, its a one and done deal which i do think gives the theme of death a bigger meaning if you get what im trying to put down.. It is really neat to see fans of this game and noii outside of my friend group :)
I've played this a few times over at this point. At first I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into, but once I understood the gameplay loop I found it hard to put down. It reminds me of decision-tree books I used to do as a kid. I'm excited to find all the endings!
With an extremely unique Premise, Lore, setting, and story along with a very well done execution, This game is easily one of my most favorites. <3
Amazing game! Congratulations
